About the data

EU Tenders republishes public procurement notices from TED (Tenders Electronic Daily), the online supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union. Every notice above the EU thresholds from the 27 member states, the EEA and several partner countries is published there in eForms.

What we import

• Calls for competition: contract notices, prior information notices used as a call for competition, qualification systems and design contests.
• Contract award notices and voluntary ex ante transparency notices, with winners and award values.

The site currently holds 271,977 notices published between 29 May 2026 and 25 Sep 2026, 41,759 buyers and 112,011 winners. New notices arrive twice a day from the TED search API.

Titles and CPV labels

Buyers write titles in their own language. When a notice carries an English title we show it; otherwise the page shows the original title together with the English CPV 2008 label of the main code. Values are shown in the currency of the notice, excluding VAT, as published.

Reuse

TED data is reusable under the Commission Decision 2011/833/EU on the reuse of Commission documents. Each notice page links to the original on TED, which remains the authoritative version.
