Description
L'accord-cadre a pour objet la mise en œuvre de formation des assistants familiaux agréés qui ont été recrutés par le Département de l’Oise conformément au Décret n° 2025-305 du 1er avril 2025 relatif à la formation et au diplôme d’Etat d’assistant familial, à l’Arrêté du 1er avril 2025 relatif au stage préalable à l'accueil du premier enfant et à la formation conduisant au diplôme d'Etat d'assistant familial et aux articles L. 421-15, D.421-43, D.451-100, D.451-101, D.451-102 et D.451-103 du Code de l’action sociale et des familles. Les caractéristiques techniques des prestations sont définies dans le Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP).
