Anzubieten ist die Lieferung, Installation und Inbetriebnahme eines industriellen Mikro-Computertomographie-Systems (µCT-System) zur zerstörungsfreien dreidimensionalen Untersuchung, Analyse und Vermessung metallischer Bauteile. Das System muss insbesondere für Forschungs-, Entwicklungs- und Demonstrationsanwendungen im Bereich der additiven Fertigung geeignet sein und die hochauflösende volumetrische Analyse komplexer metallischer Strukturen ermöglichen.
