Predmet nabave uključuje građevinsko-obrtničke radove (rušenja i demontaže, betonske, hidroizolacija, bravarski, unutarnja stolarija, keramičarski, montažni i soboslikarski), radove na strojarskim i elektrotehničkim instalacijama te radove na instalacijama vodovoda i kanalizacije. Također, predmet nabave uključuje dobavu, ugradnju i stavljanje u funkciju wellness opreme (saune i parne kupelji).
