Description
Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires. Le projet consiste à reconstruire le collège Pierre Dubois à Seyssinet Pariset, en lieu et place du collège existant. Il vise à construire un collège accueillant 18 divisions avec tous ses services (classes, administration, demi-pension, locaux techniques, espaces extérieurs, cour de récréation, parking) ainsi que 4 logements. Le projet prévoit en outre un chauffage par géothermie sur sondes profondes et un champ de panneaux photovoltaïques
