L’objet de l’accord-cadre porte sur des prestations de services visant l’établissement de certificats PEB de logements après travaux de rénovation, de certificats PEB destinés à des logements mis en location ou à la vente, et vise à faire réaliser la certification EAU, appelée CertIBEau, pour les raccordements en eau des immeubles, le tout à destination de sociétés de logements publics en Belgique.
