Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usługi hotelarsko- gastronomicznej z wynajęciem sal konferencyjnych na potrzeby międzynarodowego szkolenia XX International Tool Fair. Zamawiający planuje, że wydarzenie odbędzie się w dniach: 18-23 października 2026 r. Zamawiający dopuszcza zmianę terminów wydarzenia w czasie trwania umowy - zgodnie z zapisami projektowanych postanowień umowy.
