Description
Beschafft werden Port-Lizenzen für den Leistungszeitraum vom 01.07.2026 bis 30.06.2030. Der ROSE-Simulator ist ein integraler Bestandteil des ATCO-Simulatorsystems der ATCCV und dient der Aus- und Fortbildung von Fluglotsinnen und Fluglotsen. Zur Sicherstellung eines adäquaten Trainings ist es erforderlich, dass die Funktionalitäten des Simulators weitestgehend dem operationellen System entsprechen. Die Bereitstellung von Port-Lizenzen soll Remote-Trainings ermöglichen, um Schulungen flexibler und skalierbarer zu gestalten, die Kompetenzentwicklung durch zusätzliche Übungsmöglichkeiten zu fördern sowie die Zusammenarbeit und das standortübergreifende Training zu erleichtern.
