Description
La gestion des titres de formation constitue un sujet structurant pour SNCF RESEAU, VOYAGEURS et SURETE. Ces titres, enregistrés au RNCP (Répertoire National des Certifications Professionnelles) auprès de France Compétences, permettent de certifier les compétences des salariés. Ils conditionnent également l’accès à des financements significatifs tout en s’inscrivant dans un cadre réglementaire de plus en plus exigeant. Les volumes concernés sont importants, avec des enjeux associés majeurs : - SNCF RESEAU : 5 titres, environ 1 500 salariés certifiés chaque année, - SNCF VOYAGEURS : 1 titre, environ 1 000 salariés certifiés chaque année, - SNCF SURETE : 2 titres, environ 100 salariés certifiés chaque année.
