Description
Provision of General Maintenance at EUAA Premises in Italy (Buildings and containers). The procedure is launched in lots: Lot 1 - Provision of General Maintenance at EUAA Premises in Northern and Central Italy Lot 2 - Provision of General Maintenance at EUAA Premises in the South of Italy The objective of this tender is to conclude two single framework contracts, one for Lot 1 and one for Lot 2, for the provision of preventive, corrective and emergency maintenance services covering core mechanical and electrical systems, as well as building fabric, at EUAA premises in Italy. The services aim to prevent downtime, ensure operational continuity, and maintain a safe and suitable working environment for users of the office buildings and modular units (containers).
