Description
Gegenstand der Vergabe sind die Bauleistungen der Gebäudeautomation für die Lüftungszentrale Mitte (LZ Mitte), die Lüftungszentrale Süd (LZ Süd) sowie die gebäudeautomationstechnischen Schnittstellen zwischen der Lüftungszentrale West (LZ West) und der LZ Mitte Zur Umsetzung des Projektes im Sinne einer bestmöglichen, aber gleichzeitig wirtschaftlich effizienten Losaufteilung wurden die Leistungen in zwei Haupt-Vergabepakete unterteilt: Das Los 1 umfasst die zu erbringenden Leistungen der Gebäudeautomation für die Lüftungszentrale Süd mit den Automationsschwerpunkten ISP 12 und 13 - Lüftungszentrale Süd und ISP 13.1 bis 13.4 - Entrauchung, während das Los 2 alle Leistungen der Gebäudeautomation für die Lüftungszentrale Süd enthält (Automationsschwerpunkte ISP 1 bis 4 - Lüftungszentrale Mitte und ISP 20 - Nebenräume Parkhaus (Bereich zwischen LZ Mitte und LZ West),
