Description
Vanaf september 2026 zal ProRail de huidige groslijstmethodiek verlengen voor onderhandse aanbestedingen van Infra projecten (zie bijgaande brief, inclusief bijlagen). De uitvraag van de groslijsten worden Europees uitgevraagd zodat de projecten onder de groslijsten kunnen worden ingezet voor grensoverschrijdend belang. zie bijgaande stukken
