Description
Dans le cadre d'un renouvellement de marché, L'Andra recherche un prestataire pour assurer la tierce maintenance applicative (TMA) de sa GED construite sur le progiciel IBM FILENET P8. Cette prestation de TMA englobe les maintenances corrective, préventive, adaptative et évolutive pour une durée de 4 ans (2 ans ferme + 2 périodes de reconduction de 1 an chacune).
