Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa desmopresyny dożylnej celem zabezpieczenia ciągłości leczenia pacjentów z łagodną hemofilią A, łagodnymi postaciami choroby von Willebranda i wrodzonymi płytkowymi skazami krwotocznymi, o kategorii dostępności Rp lub Rpz, do wskazanych przez Narodowe Centrum Krwi (dalej NCK) lub inny podmiot uprawniony bezpośrednich odbiorców - Regionalnych Centrów Krwiodawstwa i Krwiolecznictwa (dalej RCKiK), na zasadach określonych w treści SWZ.
