Description
Betrieb POLARIS Elektronischer Vollzug der AbfKlärV zur Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen stofflichen Verwertung von kommunalen Klärschlämmen (Landwirtschaft, Landbau, Rekultivierung) bis zum endgültigen Ausstieg aus der bodenbezogenen Verwertung. Umsetzung der Anforderungen der AbfKlärV in POLARIS und Erfüllung der Anforderungen aus der Europäischen Änderungsverordnung (EU) 2019/1010 zur Darstellung mittels Katasterdaten in Form von Polygonen. Nutzung von POLARIS zur Erstellung von Berichten gegenüber dem Bund, EU.
