Achizitie ALIMENTE, 11 (unprezece) loturi, conform descrierii detaliate pe fiecare lot din caietul de sarcini si Fisa de date. A. In conformitate cu prevederile art. 160 din Legea nr. 98/2016, termenul limita pana la care orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire este de 15 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. B. In conformitate cu prevederile art. 161 alin. (1) din Legea nr. 98/2016 autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare in 11 zile inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor, în masura în care sunt transmise în termenul precizat. Orice solicitare de clarificări trebuie transmisă în SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro/pub ).
