Echipament de difractie cu raze X (XRD) pentru aplicații în cercetare-dezvoltare și caracterizarea materialelor utilizate în domeniul microelectronicii și al microsistemelor. Echipamentul trebuie să permită analiza nedistructivă a unei game variate de materiale (filme subțiri, pulberi, structuri nanometrice), în vederea determinării structurii cristaline și a parametrilor microstructurali, fiind destinat aplicațiilor avansate de analiză structurală și optimizare a proceselor tehnologice.
