Die Öffentlichkeitskampagne ist integraler Bestandteil vom Projekt UNSEA des Umweltbundesamtes und dient nicht allein der allgemeinen Kommunikation, sondern der zielgerichteten Unterstützung der fachlichen Arbeitspakete, der Aktivierung relevanter Akteursgruppen und der Verstetigung wirksamer Lösungsansätze. Die Öffentlichkeitskampagne hat die Aufgabe, die im Projekt entwickelten Erkenntnisse, Maßnahmen, technischen Lösungen, Handlungsempfehlungen und politischen Anschlussoptionen fachlich korrekt, verständlich und zielgruppengerecht aufzubereiten.
