Description
Die Grundschule Deichhorst entsteht als kompakter, dreigeschossiger Neubau im KfW-40-Standard mit Bauteilen im Passivhausstandard. Die tragende Konstruktion besteht überwiegend aus Stahlbeton, Das zurückspringende Technikgeschoss als Stahlleichtbau auf dem Dach. Die Fassade wird als Klinkerfassade mit Pfosten-Riegel-Fenstern aus Holz-Aluminium und farbigen Glaselementen ausgeführt. Im Inneren sind zwei Hauptnutzungsbereiche vorgesehen: ein Kitabereich im Erdgeschoss für 2 Gruppen, mit dazugehörigen Nebenräumen, sowie Mensa, eine Ausgabeküche.
