Description
Das Land Rheinland-Pfalz, vertreten durch die Zentrale Beschaffungsstelle des Landes Rheinland-Pfalz im Landesbetrieb Mobilität Rheinland-Pfalz, plante mit diesem Vergabeverfahren die Abholung, Beförderung und Zustellung von Paketen national im Zustellgebiet der Bundesrepublik Deutschland und international in ausgewählte Länder im Wege eines Offenen Verfahrens gemäß §§ 15, 14 VgV, § 119 GWB durchzuführen. Ziel war der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung mit einem Wirtschaftsteilnehmer (dem späteren Auftragnehmer).
