Description
Beschaffung von vier automatisierten Zellprozessierungssystemen des Typs CliniMACS Prodigy einschließlich Lieferung, Installation, Qualifizierung (IQ/OQ) und Einweisung des Herstellungspersonals für den Einsatz in der GMP-konformen Herstellung von CAR-T-Zell-, TCR-T-Zell- und weiteren genetisch modifizierten Zelltherapeutika. Die Systeme werden in der CIT gGmbH am Nationalen Centrum für Tumorerkrankungen (NCT) Heidelberg zur klinischen Herstellung patientenspezifischer Zellprodukte eingesetzt.
