Achizitie motorina si benzina cu alimentare pe card. Durata contractului este de 12 luni. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor Zile : 14 (inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor). Entitatea Contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari: in a 7-a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit in anuntul de participare pentru depunerea ofertelor. Entitatea contractanta va raspunde doar la solicitarile de clarificari adresate pana la termenul limita stabilit.
