Description
Hankinta sisältää Varke-korkotukilainoitetun vuokratalokohteen toteuttamisen KVR-urakkana tontille 49-51-116-9, sisältäen suunnittelun Espoon Asunnot Oy:n suunnitteluohjeiden mukaisena. Osoite on Vermonpolku 3, Espoo. Kohde käsittää yhden 3-kerroksisen luhtitalon ja kolme 2-kerroksista rivitaloa talousrakennuksineen ja pihoineen. Autopaikat sijoitetaan tontille maantasopaikoituksena urakkaan kuuluvina. Kaavan sallima kokonaisrakennusoikeus on 2600 k-m2, jakautuen kerrostaloon (1300 k-m2) ja rivitaloihin (yht. 1300 k-m2). Tavoitteellisen tilaohjelman mukainen asuntojen huoneistoala on yhteensä 2228,5 m2 ja asuntojen lukumäärä on 45 kappaletta, jolloin autopaikkamäärä on 24 kappaletta.
