Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari in a 13 -a zi, inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor /candidaturilor- 20.
