Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi z zakresu gospodarki leśnej zgodnie z określeniem w art. 6 ust. 1 pkt. 1 ustawy z dnia 28 września 1991 r. o lasach (tekst jedn.: Dz. U. z 2025 r. poz. 567 - „Ustawa o lasach”) obejmujące wykonanie usług z zakresu gospodarki leśnej w leśnictwie Kiełpino. Postępowanie prowadzone jest w trybie zamówienia z wolnej ręki na podstawie art. 214 ust. 1 pkt 7 ustawy z dnia 11 września 2019 roku Prawo zamówień publicznych (tekst jedn. Dz. U. 2026 r., poz. 793 z późn. zm. - „PZP”) oraz aktów wykonawczych do PZP.
