El objeto del contrato consiste en la prestación de los servicios de Dirección de Obra, Dirección de Ejecución de Obra, Coordinación de Seguridad y Salud y Asistencia Técnica de las obras de construcción de una estación de autobuses interurbanos en la calle Vía Complutense nº 132 en Alcalá de Henares, Madrid. Este contrato de servicios tiene el carácter de complementario respecto del contrato principal de “Obras de construcción de una estación de autobuses interurbanos en la Vía Complutense nº 132 en Alcalá de Henares (Madrid), A/OBR-031445/2025, ya que tiene una relación de dependencia respecto de éste y los servicios objeto del contrato se consideran necesarios para la correcta realización de las prestaciones del principal.
