Description
4.1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest udzielenie i obsługa długoterminowego kredytu bankowego w rozumieniu art. 69 ustawy z dnia 29 sierpnia 1997 r. Prawo bankowe (t.j. Dz.U. z 2026 r. poz. 38 z późn. zm.) zaciąganego z przeznaczeniem na sfinansowanie planowanego deficytu budżetu powiatu na 2026 rok oraz na spłatę wcześniej zaciągniętych zobowiązań z tytułu kredytów i pożyczek w kwocie 16.000.000,00 zł.
