Acord cadru de furnizare medicamente pentru Program Dializa. Cantitatile minime si maxime ale acordului cadru sunt prevazute in Caietul de sarcini. Contractele subsecvente se vor incheia in baza acordului cadru de furnizare, in functie de fondurile bugetare alocate cu aceasta destinatie, cel mai mare contract subsecvent, estimand ca va fi lunar sau pe orice perioada acoperita de disponibilul bugetar. Valoarea estimata maxima a celui mai mare contract subsecvent , valoarea totala estimata minima si maxima a acordului cadru pentru o perioada de 24 de luni este prevazuta in sectiunea Impartire pe loturi.
