Upphandlingen avser Distributionstransformatorer Oljeisolerad samt Gjutharts. Upphandlingen genomförs med dynamiskt inköpssystem, DIS. Ansökan om att delta i kan lämnas in under hela DISets giltighetstid. Umeå Energi kommer behandla ansökan inom 30 arbetsdagar, dock ej under Juli månad. Beställaren äger rätt att avbryta DISen. Total avropsvolym under perioden 20240201-20260131, beräknas till totalt ca 40 - 60 transformatorer. Enskilda avrop beräknas variera mellan 1 - 10 enheter. Takvolym för detta DIS är 30 MSEK.
