Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: 1.1. zapewnienie przez Wykonawcę wsparcia technicznego producenta dla Oprogramowania na okres od 1.01.2027 r. do 31.12.2028 r., 1.2. świadczenie wsparcia Wykonawcy o którym mowa w pkt 1.1 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia i sposób jego realizacji został zamieszczony w projekcie umowy (stanowiącym Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ).
