Description
Lucrările care fac obiectul achiziției constituie un obiectiv de investiții unitar și vor fi executate în două etape, respectiv Etapa 1 și Etapa 2, delimitate în funcție de sursa și disponibilitatea finanțării. Etapa 1 beneficiază de finanțare asigurată, iar executarea Etapei 2 este supusă condiției suspensive privind asigurarea sursei de finanțare, în condițiile prevăzute în documentația de atribuire și în contract.
