Předmětem veřejné zakázky je komplexní návrh a realizace novostavby Sportovní haly Šternberk metodou Design & Build. Součástí plnění bude zejména zpracování navazujících stupňů projektové dokumentace, provedení potřebných průzkumů a následná realizace stavby sportovní haly včetně atletického tunelu, souvisejících venkovních ploch, dopravní a technické infrastruktury, technologického a sportovního vybavení a dalších souvisejících prací a dodávek nezbytných pro řádné dokončení a užívání stavby.
