Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa sprzętu jednorazowego w tym rękawic nitrylowych dla Bloku Operacyjnego Powiatowego Zakładu Opieki Zdrowotnej z siedzibą w Starachowicach ujętych w pakietach w ilościach uzależnionych od bieżącego zapotrzebowania wynikającego z działalności leczniczej. W załączeniu wykaz produktów (załącznik nr 5 do SWZ) w jednostkach miary i ilość przewidywanego zużycia w okresie 12 miesięcy.
