Description
OBJET DU MARCHÉ : Ce marché de services a pour objet « Prestations à fournir par une agence de communication en faveur de LETEC (OTW) ». Il est scindé en deux lots : Lot 1 - Communication externe - Branding & Campaigning : l’agence de communication devra contribuer à améliorer la perception et restaurer la confiance, soutenir la fidélisation et la conquête de nouveaux clients. Lot 2 - Communication interne & Employer Branding : l’agence de communication devra contribuer à mobiliser les collaborateurs autour de la transformation de l’entreprise, renforcer l’attractivité employeur et soutenir le recrutement.
