Description
Die Einwohnergemeinde Kappelen plant die Überbauung ihres Areals im Dorfkern Kappelen mit 3 Gebäuden mit Gewerbenutzungen in den Erdgeschossen und Wohnungen in den zwei Obergeschossen sowie zwei zugehörigen Einstellhallen. Die Umgebung wird als öffentlicher Dorfplatz/Dorfpark mit Spielplatz, Parkplätzen und Fusswegen ausgestaltet.
