Die Landeshauptstadt Saarbrücken beabsichtigt im Zuge des Modellvorhaben zur Weiterentwicklung der Städtebauförderung, Congress CultureCity 2.0, den Umbau mit Aufwertung und teilweise Neuordnung von Verkehrsflächen des folgenden Straßenzuges in der Saarbrücker Innenstadt im Stadtteil St.Johann. -Viktoriastraße (vom Saarbrückenbauwerk "Luisenbrücke" bis zur "Kaiserstraße"; Länge ca. 310 m) Die Baumaßnahme wird unter dem Namen "TP 14" geführt.
