Description
Het Leids Instituut voor Onderzoek in de Natuurkunde (LION) wil een vervanging van hun Elektronenbundel Patroongenerator. Op basis van een uitvoerige marktanalyse in het segment van compacte R&D turn-key Elektronenbundel Patroongenerator-systemen en nano-bewerkingsplatforms is vastgesteld dat er geen alternatief bestaat. Alleen het Raith e-Line 100 platform voldoet cumulatief aan de hieronder genoemde criteria die noodzakelijk zijn voor de continuïteit en het specifieke karakter van het wetenschappelijk onderzoek binnen LION. Deze publicatie is om onze voornemen tot het gunnen van de opdracht bekend te maken.
