La présente consultation concerne le bâtiment B2, comprenant 42 logements, 35 places de stationnements, un local coworking. Cette opération vise la labellisation NF HABITAT CONSTRUCTION NEUVE, LABEL BIOSOURCÉ et répond à un objectif RE2020 seuils 2025.
