Description
Das Grundstück der Grundschule Gerberstrase befindet sich in der Gerberstrase 18, 42653 Solingen-Gräfrath am östlichen Rande des historischen Ortskerns. Ein Gebäude wird saniert, ein weiteres erweitert ein drittes neu gebaut. Die Installation der Abwasser-, Wasser- und Gasanlagen werden gem. den allgemein anerkannten Regeln der Technik erfolgen, sodass ein hygienisch einwandfreier Betrieb gewährleistet ist. In "Gebäude 1" befindet sich der TW-Anschlussraum, von der Hausanschlussstrecke abgehend wird ein Verteiler vorgesehen, von dem die jeweiligen Gebäude (2+6+7+8) Trinkwasserseitig erschlossen werden. Das Abwassersystem wird zusammengeführt und an einen Bestandsschacht angeschlossen, von dem das anfallende Abwasser an das öffentliche Kanalnetz geführt wird. Die Gasanschlussstrecke und die Gasleitung zur Heizzentrale werden ebenfalls erneuert.
