Description
Maanteiden hoitourakka on tavoitehintainen palvelusopimus, jossa korostetaan tilaajan ja urakoitsijan välistä sopimuksen aikaista yhteistyötä. Maanteiden hoitourakassa urakoitsijalle kuuluvat hoidonjohtotehtävät, hoitotöiden hankinnat ja sopimuksenmukaiset hoitotyöt. Sopimus kattaa maanteiden talvi- ja kesähoidon sopimusasiakirjojen mukaisesti. Sopimukseen sisältyy Kiuruveden urakka-alueella sijaitsevien maanteiden kesä- ja talvihoito. Sopimukseen kuuluvaa tiestöä on yhteensä noin 510 kilometriä, josta Is 1-ajorataista noin 15 km, Ib 1-ajorataista noin 35 km, Ic 1-ajorataista noin 45 km, sorateitä noin 335 km ja kävely- ja pyöräilyväyliä noin 20 km. Urakka on vaativuudeltaan perusurakka.
