Description
Maanteiden hoitourakka on tavoitehintainen palvelusopimus, jossa korostetaan tilaajan ja urakoitsijan välistä sopimuksen aikaista yhteistyötä. Maanteiden hoitourakassa urakoitsijalle kuuluvat hoidonjohtotehtävät, hoitotöiden hankinnat ja sopimuksenmukaiset hoitotyöt. Sopimus kattaa maanteiden talvi- ja kesähoidon sopimusasiakirjojen mukaisesti. Sopimukseen sisältyy Pellon urakka-alueella sijaitsevien maanteiden kesä- ja talvihoito. Sopimukseen kuuluvaa tiestöä on yhteensä noin 720 kilometriä, josta Ib 1-ajorataista noin 170 km, Ic 1-ajorataista noin 40 km, sorateitä noin 240 km ja kävely- ja pyöräilyväyliä noin 45 km. Urakka on vaativuudeltaan perusurakka.
