Description
Maanteiden hoitourakka on tavoitehintainen palvelusopimus, jossa korostetaan tilaajan ja urakoitsijan välistä sopimuksen aikaista yhteistyötä. Maanteiden hoitourakassa urakoitsijalle kuuluvat hoidonjohtotehtävät, hoitotöiden hankinnat ja sopimuksenmukaiset hoitotyöt. Sopimus kattaa maanteiden talvi- ja kesähoidon sopimusasiakirjojen mukaisesti. Sopimukseen sisältyy Sastamalan urakka-alueella sijaitsevien maanteiden kesä- ja talvihoito. Sopimukseen kuuluvaa tiestöä on yhteensä noin 1 155 kilometriä, josta Is 1-ajorataista noin 135 km, Ib 1-ajorataista noin 140 km, sorateitä noin 500 km ja kävely- ja pyöräilyväyliä noin 60 km. Urakka on vaativuudeltaan vaativa urakka.
