Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: Dostawa wyposażenia medycznego: Zad. 1 - Klem aortalny dla Bloku Operacyjnego Oddziału Kardiochirurgii Zad. 2 - Lupy operacyjne dla Bloku Operacyjnego Oddziału Kardiochirurgii Zad. 3 - Łyżki do defibrylacji dla Bloku Operacyjnego Oddziału Kardiochirurgii Zad. 4 - Lampa czołowa dla Bloku Operacyjnego Oddziału Kardiochirurgii Zad. 5 - Lampa czołowa dla Bloku Operacyjnego Oddziału Kardiochirurgii Zamawiający dopuszcza składanie ofert częściowych. Częściami zamówienia są poszczególne zadania określone powyżej, tzn. zadania od 1 do 5. Zamawiający informuje, że Wykonawca może złożyć ofertę do maksymalnie 5 zadań. (bez ograniczania ilości zadań na jednego Wykonawcę). Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawierają Załącznik 2b i 5 do SWZ.
