Description
Die Städtische Kliniken Mönchengladbach GmbH beabsichtigt, den Betrieb des Vor-Ort-Labors inklusive des Managements des Blutdepots (Transfusionsmedizin) am Elisabeth-Krankenhaus Rheydt an einen externen Dienstleister zu vergeben (Laboroutsourcing). Gegenstand ist die Sicherstellung der Notfall- und Routineanalytik im Rahmen einer Gerätestellung und Versorgung mit Diagnostika durch einen externen Dienstleister über eine Vertragslaufzeit von 72 Monaten mit zweimaliger Verlängerungsoption um jeweils 12 Monate. Darüber hinaus sind die ärztlichen Laborleistungen (Facharztlabor) aus den Kapiteln M III und IV der Gebührenordnung für Ärzte (GOÄ), die nicht im Vor-Ort-Labor erbracht werden, zeitgerecht und qualitätsgesichert im Fremdversand zu erbringen. Die Laborleistungen des Auftraggebers (Vor-Ort-Labor und Facharztlabor) belaufen sich insgesamt auf ca. 135 Mio. GOÄ-Punkte pro Jahr.
