Det udbudte anlægsprojekt består af følgende elementer: • Der etableres i alt ca. 120 km kampvognsspor inkl. ca. 5 km højspor. • Etablering af uddannelsesstillinger (U-stillinger), hvorfra kampvogne kan skyde, ven-de, parkere m.m. Der etableres ca. 61 km spor og vognholdepladser i U-stillinger. • Køretøjsstillinger (K-stillinger) placeres i enden af et spor. K-stillingen har en længde på ca. 20 - 40 m, hvor sporet afsluttes nedgravet ca. 1,3 - 1,4 m. Der etableres ca. 125 K-stillinger. Spor i forbindelse med K-stillinger udgør ca. 18 km.
