Description

Belmont Park Housing Association intend on constructing a 5-bedroom community bungalow on a greenfield site for their service users in Milepost, Slieverue, Co. Kilkenny. Belmont Park Housing Association own the site and have received planning permission for the proposed building. They are now seeking to appoint a design team to bring the project through to construction. The requirement is for full stage services (ii) Design to (v) Handover
