Description
De overeenkomst betreft toegang tot online juridische content databank inclusief AI-desk en juridische Helpdesk. Deze overeenkomst wordt gesloten op grond van artikel 2.32, lid 1 sub b, onder 3 Aanbestedingswet. Diverse Schulinck kennisbanken met daarin rechtsgebieden Participatiewet, Wmo, Jeugd, inburgering en Schuldhulpverlening. De totale geraamde opdrachtwaarde voor de looptijd van de overeenkomst bedraagt circa € 500.000,- exclusief btw.
