Description
De Aanbesteder wenst een publiek-private samenwerking aan te gaan tot het ontwerpen (Design), bouwen (Build), financieren (Finance), onderhouden (Maintenance) en exploiteren (Operate) van een nieuw zwembad en dubbele ijsbaan te Herentals, ook Basisbouwprogramma genoemd. Met het oog op de realisatie van het Basisbouwprogramma zal door de Aanbesteder een DBFMO-overeenkomst worden gesloten met de projectvennootschap (SPV-DBFM). Voorliggende selectieleidraad kadert in de procedure voor de aanstelling van een private partner.
