Cantitate contract subsecvent: minim 10 tone, maxim 500 tone Cantitate acord-cadru: minim 500 tone, maxim 15000 tone Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 20 Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare in a 12-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
