Description
Für die Bereitstellung einer Netzanschlusskapazität von 10 MW im Konzessionsgebiet Weißenfels im Mittelspannungsnetz ist ein Baukostenzuschuss, gesetzlich verankert im Energiewirtschaftsgesetz (EnWG), zu zahlen. Dieser Baukostenzuschuss stellt u.a. sicher, dass sich der Verursacher der hohen Lasten, hier der Zweckverband IKIG A9/B91 als Erschließungsträger, an den Kosten für den Bau beteiligt; gleichzeitig wird Planungssicherheit geschaffen.
